Today I decided to explain a filter that most people are afraid to use or just don't know how to use it or what can be done with it, but do not worry, Miguel for the rescue.
The Offset filter even that is not very used can be very cool for some effects and animation.
To be honest I mostly use it for animation, and in this video I show you how.
